Chicken Fajitas!

One of the things I miss from America in Mexican food! It's my favorite. I came across a recipe for chicken fajitas, which is usually what I would order when we would go eat at a Mexican restaurant in the States.

Here is how my fajitas turned out. They were really good! Marty declared it "company food!"  :)

I also made some homemade tortilla shells. Which, to be honest, I usually don't do. I usually buy the store bought ones, but we ran out and we could't find any, so I made my own. I do believe that I have found a good recipe for tortilla shells. They were soft, chewy and warm. All the good qualities in a tortilla shell. :)  They were also incredibly simple to make!
