Æbleskiver

Æbleskiver is a Danish dessert that we LOVE! They taste like a pancake, but they are round and are served with powdered sugar and marmalade. We asked someone what Æbleskiver means and they said it basically  means peeled apple. Just thought I would share a little bit of yumminess we enjoy here in Greenland.

      I'm not sure, it comes out of the bag that way. :) I have no idea how they are made, I just know they are good. :)
