Monday my girls and I went to town to get groceries and just to spend some time with them. Sometimes even though we live under the same roof, it feels like we hardly spend good quality time together. So we trekked to town and had a great time.
We went to a cafe in town
that sells fountain Pepsi's. I might add it is the only place in town
that sells them. :) We shared a huge burger and fries. We laughed and
giggled. I loved the little extra time I had with them.
Don't
take your children for granted. You are not promised another day to
enjoy their smiles, hugs, kisses, and all the other wonderful little
things. Even in the short time Marty and I have been parents the time
has flown by! Our "baby" will be 6 this year! I love and cherish my
kids, and want them to feel loved and cherished as well. :)
