My Southern Belle!

Here in Greenland we haven't been able to find dry beans and cornbread. For a Southerners like us, beans and cornbread were a staple. Maryanna has missed them a LOT! Mawmaw and Pawpaw got word of her missing them and set her bunches!  She cried when she finally realized what it was.

You may take a southerner out of the South, but you can't take the South out of a Southerner!!  :D

    Thats so sweet....made me tear up! I remember when ahe was little learning to use a spoon...we would pick up beans around her chair from where she dropped them but she sure did love eating them! :-)
